This lovely cottage is in fact the old Coachman’s Cottage that is still attached to his old stables. Circa 1840 this is one of the oldest parts of the Farm and boasts original oak beams, wood burner, a lovely farmhouse country kitchen and beautifully appointed comfy lounge. Three bedrooms - two king size bedrooms and a twin. There are three toilets, a bathroom and a shower room! The private garden is delightful; quiet and secluded with a lawn and patio, garden furniture and a gas BBQ. Our games room is next door! The cottage is the perfect choice for a family or couples wanting to have fun, and enjoy being by the seaside whilst retaining all the modern needs of today’s life. You can wake to the sounds of this working farm and explore our wonderful region. SORRY NO PETS.

Pickwell Barton Cottage – This beautiful charming cottage is very spacious throughout and is a short walk from the beach. So why not escape to beams, log fires in winter, uneven floors and low doorways! The kitchen is enchanting with its original oak beams, with access to the patio and garden. The bathroom and toilet room are downstairs. Upstairs are three spacious double bedrooms.

Our main Changeover day is Friday - however, Short Breaks are available.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 with king-size beds, the 3rd being a twin room (that can be zipped and linked for a super-king). Please state your preference at the time of booking .
Ground floor offers a country style kitchen with table and chairs.
Spacious lounge with wood burner, logs supplied, smart TV,
Ground floor also offers a Family bathroom with shower over bath, pedestal basin and toilet. There is a Third Toilet with cloak-room sink also on the Ground Floor.
Upstairs offers a second Shower room with WC and pedestal basin.
